Airport Dining Assistant Manager

About the role

The Airport Dining Assistant Manager supports the Concessions Manager in overseeing all airport food and beverage operations, ensuring high‑quality service, competitive pricing, and an exceptional customer experience across restaurants, lounges and other concessions.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in managing day‑to‑day operations of current and future airport concessions.
• Maintain product quality, pricing strategy and customer experience standards.
• Coordinate opening and closing procedures for new restaurants and concessions.
• Supervise supervisors and team leads to ensure efficient daily operations.
• Oversee inventory control, cashiering policies, accounts receivable and overall financial management.
• Develop initiatives to increase sales using consumer data and insights.
• Collect and analyse detailed customer data to tailor product offerings.
• Build partnerships and networking events to attract new customers.
• Lead the development of Point‑of‑Sale (POS) Chiefs and support POS operations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in food‑service or hospitality management, preferably in an airport or concession environment.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to drive sales growth through data‑driven insights.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
