Currency Services Representative

About the role

The Currency Services Representative is responsible for bulk cash handling and processing client transactions for RBC products and services, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide consistent service within established benchmarks and meet Service Level Agreements.
• Examine all documents and data for completeness and accuracy, escalating issues to the Team Lead.
• Identify recurring errors and service gaps, and recommend improvements.
• Take ownership of client concerns, referring when necessary and ensuring first‑point‑of‑contact accountability.
• Support revenue growth by reducing leakage and spotting new opportunities.
• Adhere to delegated authorities, system access controls, and global compliance policies.

Required profile

• Minimum education: HAVO or MBO.
• Strong client‑first orientation and solid business knowledge of service and operations.
• Good understanding of bank policies, procedures, products, and regulatory circulars (e.g., AML, privacy).
• Ability to work flexibly in a fast‑paced environment with strict timelines.
