Sales Development Representative (SDR) - Dutch Speaker

About the role

Huzzle connects high-performing professionals with global companies across the UK, US, Canada, Europe and Australia, matching them to full-time remote roles within client teams. It is looking for a high-energy, results-driven Sales Development Representative to join its growing team. The SDR identifies and engages businesses needing social media management and content creation, owns the front end of the sales cycle from cold outreach to booking qualified appointments, and helps expand the client base and drive revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Run high-volume outbound prospecting by email, LinkedIn messaging and cold calling to build a strong pipeline.
• Schedule 2-3 qualified discovery calls per day with decision-makers.
• Qualify prospects on budget, interest level and needs for social media management or content creation.
• Move leads through the funnel so that 1-2 deals close each week.
• Keep accurate records of sales activity and lead status in the CRM.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a sales or outreach role for social media management or content creation agencies.
• Deep understanding of how to explain the value of digital content and social strategy to business owners.
• Exceptional communication skills, able to handle objections and build rapport quickly by phone and text.
• A self-motivated "hunter" mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding daily outreach KPIs.
