Airport Dining Manager (Multi-Unit F&B & Financial Planning)

About the role

GateSource HR Caribbean Division is recruiting, on behalf of a strategic client, an Airport Dining Manager for a full-time, on-site position in Sint Maarten. The role leads dining operations across several concession locations, enhances the customer experience, manages key stakeholder relationships and oversees financial and operational performance.

Key responsibilities

• Set and uphold quality standards, competitive pricing and an outstanding experience for partners and clients, and act as main point of contact for customer concerns.
• Build and manage relationships with landlords, partners, clients and customers.
• Collaborate with the finance team to prepare and analyse monthly P&L statements per point-of-sale location.
• Oversee new restaurant and concession openings, set up supervisors and team leads, and ensure efficient opening and closing procedures.
• Create and run a sales action plan to achieve profitability, sales targets and KPIs.
• Lead the growth of current and future concessions and conduct financial planning and budget reviews reported to management.
• Oversee inventory control, cashiering policies, accounts receivable, stock levels and biweekly and monthly stock counts.
• Analyse customer data, establish KPIs, and regularly review leases, contracts and legal agreements.
• Coach and mentor restaurant supervisors, resolve conflicts, enforce safety standards and promote diversity and inclusion.
• Organise department meetings, develop a positive work environment and pursue professional development.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or Business Management; a Master's is highly desirable.
• At least 8 years in a senior role in airport F&B concessions, industrial catering or the restaurant industry.
• At least 5 years in a supervisory or managerial position.
• Proven expertise in customer service, front-of-house operations and hospitality; experience managing a restaurant kitchen facility is advantageous.
